For a wee change, went up to Erskine to grab some photos of passing vessels. The slip is the one used by the former Erskine Ferry - and that takes me back very many years.

What a difference ...........

Now I can't believe this is what it's like in the field behind my house while walking the dog. 

Stark contrast to the golf course - where I can't see the grass for deep snow - and only 7 miles away. Talk about micro climates ...........

Wrong Decision

Well, being such a lovely morning, and nice and clear in Langbank, I ventured up to the Whinhill golf course in Greenock.

Wrong decision this morning, even the road beyond was closed due to snow.  Still, better luck next time.
