Autumn Dusk


We're moving into those hazy autumn sunsets  now as winter gets ever nearer.

Gives a change of light and hues - not to mention a drop in temperatures.

Misty's Walk


Misty (our dog) enjoyed her walk over our field today.

Warm in the sunshine, but definitely autumn colours now.

Railway Bridge Removal - Greenock A8 Road



The old railway bridge over East Hamilton Street, near Sinclair Street, was removed early this morning.

It will now be cut up and disposed of in sections.

This is part of the work being undertaken as part of the regeneration of the James Watt Dock

A new marina and housing complex are under construction and the dock will be hosting the Tall Ships Race in 2011.
