Eraclea - Italian Tug - Departing Greenock


 A few images of the - 'Eraclea' - as she headed from Greenock before taking over the tow of the - 'Queen Elizabeth '- aircraft carrier section.

On takeover from the Svitzer tugs she is making her way to Rosyth with the module.

Queen Elizabeth - Lower Block 03 - Move to Rosyth



The middle section of the hull of the Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier heading downriver to began it's journey round the coast of Scotland to Rosyth.

Weighing 8,000 tonnes - and as tall as a block of flats - it left the BAE shipyard in Govan on the barge AMT Trader.
