River Clyde and James Watt Dock

An early rise this morning and down to Greenock to get some images of the 'Bianco Venture' as she passed on her way upriver to Glasgow to discharge her cargo of animal feed.

Then a trip in to the James Watt Dock to see the damaged visor section from the 'Coruisk' Calmac ferry being loaded on to the 'Lyrawa Bay'.

After the loading was complete the visor was transported upriver to Ferguson's shipyard in Port Glasgow.

It will be repaired and restored to it's former shape before being brought back to Greenock and installed on the 'Coruisk' to make her available for service once again.
