My new 'Point and Shoot' camera arrived this morning - a Sigma DP2 Merrill.
Bought primarily for a light and easy camera to take on walks with my dog Maya.
It has a rather unique reputation having high image quality but lots of downsides like very poor battery life etc.
Anyway, here are a few images from my first efforts today and you can judge for yourselves.
All were taken up at 'The Cut' in Greenock so no need to caprion them.

More images are available at - www.dougie-coull-photography.co.uk - better resolution and options to licence.

Great quality, Dougie. I`m also a convert to small/light/ mirrorless cameras ( Fuji XT1 ) Yea, some minor inconveniences like battery life etc, but more importantly image quality is right up there with larger DSLRs ( and no more `cricked` necks etc ! )
