Lunderston Bay - Walk for Maya

Wanted to get Maya a good walk before I go in to get a replacement lens in my eye tomorrow.

Down to Lunderston Bay - she loves it there and it's a fair stretch for both of us.

Weather was good and made it all the more worthwhile.

Lunderston Bay Walk

Maya was due a bit of a longer walk so headed to Lunderston Bay.

Heavy rain on arrival but soon tailed off to sunshine - albeit still on the cold side.

Good walk and got a few photos on the way.

Heavens opened up about ten minutes from the car so got a soaking after all.

Well worth it though.

Lunderston Bay

A walk with Maya - and today was her first trip to Lunderston Bay.

So she had a day at the seaside.

A popular spot for walking dogs it was very quiet on our out leg, but met plenty other dog owners with their dogs on the way back.

Perhaps the weather improving had something to do with it.

Lunderston Bay - Twilight

Hoping for a good bright sunset tonight I headed down to Lunderston Bay near Gourock.

The clouds didn't clear so it all looked a it mundane.

However, with my new "Lee Big Stopper" filter to try out I fired off a few test images by way of experimentation.

It'll take a bit of getting used too, but not too unhappy with the results in the way of something a bit different.

Time will tell - watch this space.
