A happy couple, and a happy chance, as they and their family were posing for some wedding photographs.

It just seemed to good an opportunity not to record this on such a nice day, and with the PS Waverley about to pass Custom House Quay as a bonus.

Comet Festival Children's Parade - Port Glasgow

Today it was 'Anchors Aweigh' as the local school children from Port Glasgow held their parade through the town.

It was a very colourful event with plenty of noise from the leading Samba band and it was good to see the community alive and active.

Swans and Cygnets

Well - Maw, Paw, and the Weans had a wee stroll around Coronation Park in Port Glasgow this afternoon.

Don't know how big a treat it was for the Swan family, but it was one for us present to watch them.

There is nothing 'special' about these images - taken as I was walking home after a night in Glasgow.

But they were taken after 10:30pm and the amount of light still around was quite amazing as we approached the 'longest day'.

Model Yachts - Greenock Club

Went up to Murdieston Dams today as the weather is still nice.

I was surprised to see the model yachts were out racing so got a few images before heading down to the other dam for the wildlife.

Luss - Loch Lomond in Scotland

I took a turn up to Luss after visiting a friend in Vale of Leven hospital.

Pleased to say he was allowed home not long after my visit.

Luss was fairly quiet by the time I got there and the best of the sun had gone. This however meant quite subdued lighting and I'll let you be the judge of the resulting images.
