Another wee run up to Glasgow to watch the filming of Brad Pitt's new movie - 'World War Z'

Gaining access to any of the sets is difficult as security is very tight.

A little bit of real life drama when it appears that someone was hurt on set and an Ambulance called to attend.

No sign of Brad around - pity.

Interesting to see how Glasgow is being transformed to represent Philadelphia, and nice to see the city involved in this industry.

The middle section of the hull of the Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier heading downriver to began it's journey round the coast of Scotland to Rosyth.

Weighing 8,000 tonnes - and as tall as a block of flats - it left the BAE shipyard in Govan on the barge AMT Trader.

Celtic v Manchester United Legends Game

A fun night at Parkhead where we witnessed John Kennedy’s Testimonial football match.

The game between Celtic and Manchester United Legends ended 5-2 in Celtic’s favour with the hero Henrik Larsson scoring a hat-trick for the Bhoys.

Gerard Butler – our own Hollywood star - several comedians, and a few legendary players helped raise £300,000 for the famine victims of East Africa.

The game - arranged as a tribute to former Celtic defender John Kennedy who had to retire because of injury was watched by 55,000 strong crowd.

In a very generous gesture John Kennedy gifted his proceeds from the game to Oxfam's East Africa charity appeal.

Day Trip - Seabus Ferry

Well, car was in the garage for repair, so what to do for  4 - 5 hours I ask myself.

Jumped a bus to Gourock and hopped on the wee Kilcreggan/Helensburgh ferry for a round trip. No disembarkation for me.

The weather went through many changes on the round trip as you'll see from the pics.
